The owners of this property in the Lower Moutere area required an extension to their existing home of a laundry, hobby workshop and new double garage with a mezzanine floor.

The new extension is connected to the main house by a light airy breezeway with four large windows running down one side. It blends seemlessly with the existing home.

The incorporation of cedar posts and beams created an inviting entranceway to the front of the home.
