Timber 'tilt and turn' German designed windows feature throughout with beautifully hand crafted solid timber stairs which lead you to the second storey where seligna tongue and groove timber is laid on the floor. The home has full underfloor heating which is run from a boiler system, this also heats the hot water.

Consultation with a Nelson Engineering Company led to the design of pile supports which were driven to a depth of 3.9 metres into soft ground before works could start on the foundations for the home.
